Workflow-driven design is a user-centric approach to solving business objectives derived and realized from the user’s needs. It is an end-to-end design method of defining and identifying user workflows driven by events and supporting systems. By integrating user’s goals and expectations with the appropriate systems, we are able to design and create products that have immediate results and affect change.
In this webinar, we will learn about how our UX team maps the events, user flows, and systems to understand any application. We will also explain how we uncover previously unknown areas for innovation and how we think in terms of workflows and not “screens” when designing new bespoke experiences to deliver actual business value.
